Medians, not averages - one extreme figure cannot skew a median. The range beside each number is the middle half of reports (25th-75th percentile).
n = how many people reported it. Nothing is shown until at least 5 people have - too few is both unreliable and identifying.
Total pay = fixed + variable + stock, in rupees per year, as whole numbers. Reports older than 24 months are not counted.

Figures are what people tell us and are not verified. Treat them as a guide for negotiation, not a guarantee. Growth figures compare like experience with like, so they are not just a change in who filled the form, and a report is dated by the month the pay was agreed - or by when it was submitted, when that month was left blank.
